1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, used to sign you in via a magic link. We don't use or store a password.
  • Onboarding data: your name, role, and stated goal, collected when you set up your account, so we can personalize your dashboard.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its amount.
  • Course progress: which lessons you've completed, so your dashboard and certificate reflect real progress.
  • Fit-check quiz responses: if you take the quick "is this course for you?" quiz on a course page, we record your answers anonymously (not tied to your name, email, or account) to help us understand what helps people decide whether to purchase.
  • Usage and marketing data: described under "Cookies and tracking" below.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, give you access to courses you've purchased, track your progress and issue certificates, send you transactional emails (magic links, purchase confirmations), respond to enquiries, and measure and improve how our ads and marketing perform.

3. Third parties we share data with

  • Supabase: hosts our database and handles account authentication.
  • Stripe: processes payments.
  • Resend: sends transactional emails (sign-in links, purchase confirmations) and business enquiry notifications.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4): measure site usage. We use Google Signals, which lets Google Analytics use data from your Google account (when you're signed in and have ad personalization enabled) to link your activity across devices and browsers, and to build interest and demographic reports.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API: measure ad performance. This includes sending Meta a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email and name, plus your IP address, so a completed purchase can be matched back to the ad that led to it.
  • Microsoft Clarity: records anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolling) to help us understand how the site is used.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics and ad measurement, described above. These currently load on every visit without a cookie-consent prompt. We're disclosing this plainly rather than claiming otherwise. If you'd prefer not to be tracked by these tools, you can use your browser's tracking-protection or ad-blocking settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics' advertising features, including Google Signals, through Google's Ads Settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Data retention

We keep account and course data for as long as your account exists, since course access is lifetime. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us (see below) and we'll process the request.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by sending us a message through our contact form. We don't currently have a self-serve way to do this from your account settings.

7. Children's privacy

This service is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our data practices change. We'll update the date below when we do.
