Terms of Service
Last updated 13 August 2026
1. The service
AI Labs Courses ("we," "us") provides self-paced online courses teaching practical AI skills. Courses are accessed through an account on this site after purchase. These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or purchases a course.
2. Accounts
You can sign in either with a password or with a one-time email magic link, and can set or change your password at any time from your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and email address secure. One account is for one individual; course access isn't intended to be shared.
3. Payment
Courses are sold as a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Some courses may instead be sold via direct bank transfer, with access granted once payment is manually verified. On successful payment you get lifetime access to that course, including future content updates, unless we state otherwise for a specific course.
4. Refunds
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on course purchases. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
5. Course content and license
Course videos, materials, and downloads are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly rebroadcast, or share your account access to course content with people who haven't purchased it. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the course content.
6. Certificates
Certificates issued on course completion are informational completion certificates: they confirm you completed the course material, but they are not an accredited qualification issued or recognized by an accrediting body.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, scrape or redistribute course content, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is." We aim for course content to be accurate and useful but don't guarantee any specific outcome (e.g. career or income results) from taking a course. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
